Find the customer and policy you are looking for fast

Fed up with the limited number of search fields available in your policy management system? CRM lets you search by policy number, first and/or last name, driver’s license number, address, email address, phone and producer code (or any combination of these). This makes it a snap to find your client fast.





View Policy Information

The “Policy” tab provides the top-level key policy information. At the top of the screen a bright colored status line indicates to the user activities needed on the policy such as make a payment, reinstate the policy, policy canceled, etc. CRM consolidates information from multiple systems into a single, easy to use interface.

 



Display Vehicle Information

The “Vehicle” tab shows all of the vehicles on the policy including their VIN, type of use, annual mileage and rating symbol. The bottom area shows the coverage information by vehicle including full lien holder and additional insured information.

 



Review Claims History

On the “Claims” tab all claims associated with the selected policy are listed including status of the claim and the adjuster’s email address for easy contact by the insured.

 



Print Documents

The “Images” tab allows direct access to the InsSuite’s Imaging and Document Output system for easy access to all documents associated with the policy. The documents are stored in PDF format. A user can view and print the ID card, DEC pages, payment coupons, etc.

 

 

 

Let your customers request changes to their policy online

CRM allows the insured or producer request changes to a policy online. Each change generates a confirmation email that is sent to the person requesting the change. The system can be configured to make these changes automatically in your policy management system, or if you prefer an underwriting review the change requests can be queued for review by your underwriters first. You have the control over which changes are automatic and which changes require underwriting review.
 



Take credit card and electronic check payments online

Now your insureds and producers can make a credit card or electronic check payment on their policy online. The payments interface directly into your policy management system saving you overhead on re-entering the payment data and greatly improving your retention.
 

 

 

Take first claim reports online

Give the power to your insureds and producers to file their claim report online. CRM can be easily configured to take any type of claim report for any line of business. The questions asked on each type of claim report are completely configurable and dynamic by line of business and reporting state. This feature allows you to speed claims processing. Information entered in the claim report can be inserted directly into your claims management system.

Tired of all the manual processes in your service and support department?

Most policy management systems are lacking full automation for all aspects of your service and support activity. This ties your support area up in all types of manual workarounds with all of the associated paper. Why not convert the whole area to a paper free activity? Using the powerful CRM policy “Actions” option that works in conjunction with InsSuite Imaging and Document Output module, you can convert all of those menial processes to online, paper-free transactions. The policy “Actions” tab is only accessible by your staff. Any type of letter or notification to be sent to the insured can be configured in this system. These are then sent out through the Document Output system with Proof of Mailing guaranteed. This eliminates all of the extra paper and filing and allows the information to be viewed online by any of your reps. The system can even be configured to interface with your policy management system for certain types of actions that effect premium or cancellation.


 




Missing key reports that you just can’t get out of your system?

CRM comes with several reports that often are not available in standard policy management systems. CRM Security partitions the reports into three sections; Solicitor, Producer and Agency reports. Solicitors and Producers can only run reports related to their own policies. Agency reports of course have access to all policies in the system.

Agency reports include Renewal Review, Collections, Commission, NSF, Cancellation / Reinstatement and Policy Register. Your staff can also run any of the producer reports for any specific producer or for all producers.

Now your producers can access their own information to more effectively manage their book of business. They have access to Pending Cancellations, New Business, Cancellation and Reinstatement, Renewal, Endorsement, Commission and Loss Ratio reports. Giving your producers the tools to manage their business better increases their productivity and your bottom line.
